Jiangxi Province requires all districts and municipalities' environmental protection bureaus to strengthen the supervision and management of motor vehicle environmental inspection agencies within their respective jurisdictions. The environmental inspection agencies should conduct regular and irregular sampling inspections, and conduct operations on the basis of non-standard operation and inspection procedures. The environmental inspection agency that issues false data reports and other acts shall promptly punish and issue a notice of rectification.
At the same time, further standardize the verification of the environmental protection inspection mark for motor vehicles. If the motor vehicle has passed the environmental protection inspection to meet the prescribed emission standards, the environmental inspection agency shall issue the corresponding environmental protection inspection mark; if the environmental protection inspection fails to meet the prescribed emission standard, the motor vehicle may be re-examined after the inspection, and the re-inspection shall reach the prescribed discharge.
