In particular, tobacco production enterprises have completed many of the entire plant's "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" technological transformation projects. Through this round of technological transformation projects, comprehensive improvements in mechanization, automation, and informatization have been achieved. This article takes Shanghai Tobacco (Group) Company-Tianjin Cigarette Factory’s "Eleventh Five-Year" relocation technical transformation project as an example to discuss in depth the new applications of digital security in the tobacco industry, mainly through video surveillance systems, anti-theft alarm systems, and intelligent The all-in-one card system is constructed to provide a set of suitable security solutions for the modern tobacco industry.
Project Background
According to the national "Eleventh Five-Year" plan, the "Eleventh Five-Year" technological transformation of the tobacco industry is also in full swing among tobacco companies across the country. Shanghai Tobacco (Group) Company-Tianjin Cigarette Factory is no exception. It is another golden opportunity for development since the "Eighth Five-Year Plan" technological transformation of the tobacco factory. The technology is changed to a relocation technology. The new factory covers an area of ​​about 328 acres, the entire project construction area reaches 10 square meters, and the total investment reaches 1 billion yuan. The superiors required the project to be constructed in accordance with the goal of "first-class domestically and advanced internationally".
Fortunately, I participated in the construction of the security system project of the new factory. Since the bid-winning project at the end of 2008, it passed the completion acceptance in September 2010 and was delivered to use from the preliminary planning, demand analysis, in-depth design, project implementation, and system debugging.
Network structure of security system
The security system in tobacco production enterprises serves for safe production and efficient management. On the basis of traditional security-based applications, the security system is also designed to combine the special environment in the tobacco production process to achieve a combination of security assurance and convenient management. The entire digital security system of Shanghai Tobacco (Group) Company-Tianjin Cigarette Factory adopts the industry’s advanced TCP/IP network architecture, integrates various subsystems on a comprehensive security management platform for unified management, and integrates with all-in-one cards, anti-theft alarms, process equipment, Energy management and other systems carry out linkage work, which greatly improves the management level of the enterprise. The design points of security systems
  1. Video surveillance system
The key system of the digital security system of Tianjin Cigarette Factory is the digital video surveillance system. It is mainly used in two aspects, namely, the security personnel in the security department of the enterprise manage personal safety and property protection within the entire factory area. The function is to cooperate with the process monitoring function in the cigarette production process, and is managed by the relevant personnel of each department involved in the entire production process. A total of 223 cameras of various types have been installed in the factory.
The basic function of security is to set up monitoring points in public areas, which are mainly distributed in the halls, entrances and exits, main public venues, main passages, elevator cars and other important protection targets of each building in the factory, as well as entrances and exits of the factory, around the walls of important buildings, and outdoor roads. Wait. The camera products are equipped with standard definition and high definition products according to the definition requirements, and fixed, rotatable and variable zoom products are used according to the monitoring range. The installation environment uses a fixed gun, ceiling hemisphere, and explosion-proof integrated machine. Especially some key areas, such as raw materials and finished products warehouse, important equipment room, important data room, defective product processing, key turnover links, factory entrances and exits, factory perimeter and important parts of the factory are all set up with high-definition cameras . To prevent the theft of valuables, the theft of finished cigarettes, the entry of irrelevant and miscellaneous personnel, and to protect the lives and property safety of production employees. At the same time, phosphine is used regularly as a fumigation method to kill insects according to the tobacco warehouse. This insecticide is very corrosive. The shell or protective cover of the security front-end product installed in this area is made of engineering ABS plastic. There are no metal products that are customary in other regions. The spice kitchen in the joint workshop is used as the preparation and storage of all spice in the silk thread perfuming process and the on-site fixed ratio addition. The chemical properties in the room are often very complicated. The surveillance camera is designed with explosion-proof products.
Another important aspect is that the video monitoring system plays an auxiliary management role in the daily production process of the cigarette factory, and realizes the unattended production line. The monitoring equipment is installed above the main equipment of the joint workshop's silk production line, package production line, silk storage room, flow transfer area, energy power workshop, and mainly monitors the abnormal operation of the production line, the material input/discharge situation, and the package conveyor belt Whether the operation is normal, whether the refrigerator and boiler are operating normally, the standardization of the operation of the employees on the production line, and the prevention of various emergencies that may occur due to man-made. The fast dome with prefabricated position can realize the linkage through system integration and production monitoring according to the fault signals of different fault areas or equipment provided by the process automatic control system and the operation and operation signals of each process section or equipment. Run the equipment to monitor, once a certain fault point alarms, the camera will automatically rotate to the alarm point for monitoring and recording. Among them, the central control of the production area is located in the production dispatching and command center of the joint workshop, and at the same time, there are sub-control rooms in the corresponding wrapping workshop and silk workshop. The sub-controls set up by the energy control center in the power center are used to monitor the operating status and environmental conditions of energy supply equipment such as boilers, air conditioners, air pressure, high and low voltage power distribution, and prevent disasters and accidents.
The control center of the entire video surveillance system is located in the fire control room on the first floor of the comprehensive office building, as the main control, and is located in the joint workshop production management command center, silk making control, coil control, power energy management center, etc. Separate control management is set up, and the control room uses 60†DLP seamless splicing screen and 42†plasma display screen as centralized monitoring display. Multi-level authority management can be flexibly set up according to the scope and authority of different users. At the same time, the system can also achieve linkage work with anti-theft alarm system, access control system, fire protection system, electronic control of wire making, data mining of rolls and packages, power energy, logistics management and other systems through the integrated security management platform.
2. Anti-theft alarm system
The use of anti-theft alarm system in the tobacco industry mainly has two aspects. The first is in indoor occasions, namely in important indoor areas such as warehouses, entrances and exits of key rooms such as financial rooms, technical center laboratories, information center computer rooms, etc. Passive intrusion detectors can automatically sense external intrusions in unattended situations. On the other hand, active infrared detectors are installed on the surrounding walls of the entire factory area to detect possible abnormal overturning behaviors at the fence. At the same time, the system also combines a set of intelligent boundary analysis system to link with the video surveillance system to achieve cross-border alarm, automatic tracking, automatic recording and automatic processing functions according to different prevention levels.
3. Smart Card System
This system is one of the most widely used security systems, which can realize functions such as access control management, dining and consumption, personnel entry and exit, attendance management, book borrowing and bathroom water control, and electronic patrol.
Non-contact smart card access control management is adopted in the area or room of the factory with higher security level. Lead the installation of access control at the elevator hall gate, information center machine room, workshop control room, production control room, factory wiring closets, important passages, etc. on the office floor. It can be set to two-way swiping and one-way swiping according to the needs of security level.
At the entrances and exits of the factory, a personnel access control system (wing gate system) is set up. Each employee or visitor who enters and exits must pass through the wing gate system with one person and one card, and cooperate with the face recognition system, which can effectively avoid anti-theft and wrong card punching. Behavior, greatly improving the safety of personnel access control.
The physical layout of vehicle access management is effectively separated. Employees' vehicles are centrally parked in the outdoor parking lot, and the outdoor parking lot is isolated from the inside of the factory. Only a small number of internal vehicles and logistics vehicles can enter the factory through the entrance and exit lanes, using a combination of non-contact IC cards and remote sensing cards.
4. Comprehensive security management platform
According to the cooperation relationship and management requirements of the above-mentioned security systems, at the beginning of the design, a comprehensive security management platform is planned to integrate various security subsystems. It also cooperates with other application systems through open interfaces and is the "center" of the entire security system. It integrates scattered video surveillance, anti-theft alarm, smart card, electronic patrol and other systems on one platform for unified management, resource sharing, and quick linkage.
The current integrated security management platform generally has two methods. The first is to use the integrated management system provided by the same brand as the security product, such as HONEYWELL's HUS integrated management platform and TYCO's TC9000 integrated management platform. The other way is to use third-party security integration platforms such as Genetec, Milestone and Aimetis. In view of the fact that the video surveillance and anti-theft alarm products used in this project are the characteristics of TYCO's brand, it is easy to realize the integration of subsystems. We designed and adopted TYCO's TC9000 to achieve. At the same time, the integration of the platform and the smart card (American Han Army) is implemented using OPC protocol. In addition, the integrated platform also exchanges data with the tobacco factory's MIS system, financial management system, human resource management system, etc., to achieve a wider range of functions.
According to the previous integration experience of other cigarette factories, from software planning, demand analysis, software design, program coding, software testing to the official launch, it generally takes a development cycle of 4 to 6 months, and will have to go through this time The continuous improvement process of repeated customer trials, comments, software revisions and trial trials. Taking into account the above characteristics, the implementation of system integration will start immediately after the project is awarded. In the early stage of project implementation, the functional requirements of the customer’s information center, production, finance, factory office and other related departments are determined to ensure software development and project infrastructure implementation Basically synchronized. And completed the software development work before the security system equipment installation and system debugging, leaving more time for customer trial, feedback and software modification work. After many continuous improvement processes, the delivery was finally completed within the specified time. Customer use.
