FEATURES:
JZJX-200 chocolate enrobing machine. Made of 304 stainless steel. Temperature/ Rotating speed / transfer speed can be adjusted. It's easy to operate. When chocolate bar melting, and come reach to the temperature that you need, then the melting chocolate will come out from hopper and go to enrobing your products,and then cooling. It can be coating the bottom of your products.

Testing & training:
The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be FREE at no cost. But if the machine is exported to other countries, the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board & lodging, and US$50.-/day/person for the pocket money to our technicians. The testing people will be two persons, and will cost 15 days.
WARRANTY:
The seller guarantees the quality of the products for 12 months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery, the buyer will replace the parts at the seller's cost (FREE). If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
Utilities:
The buyer should prepare sufficient electric power, water, steam and compressed air supplies which are suitable to be connected to our machinery before the arrival of our machinery.
VALIDITY:
This offer is valid 60 days.
