(4) The transmission box body is made of aluminum alloy die-casting parts, the wall thickness is thin, and the force is easily deformed.
The two heads of the hexagonal head cap screws are manually converted by the operator. The workpiece is positioned and mounted on the clip by the end face on the positioning sleeve, and the axial clamping is achieved by the clamp and the clamping bolt. Boring knives and grooving knives are welding knives that are fastened to the shank by screws. The tool holder has a long service life and can be reused, which greatly reduces the consumption and inventory of the tool bar, simplifies the management of the tool and reduces the tool cost.
Precautions for tool design and use: (1) The degree of rotation of the tool bar should be shortened as much as possible, and the cross-sectional area of ​​the tool bar should be as large as possible. (2) When using PCD turning, the workpiece clamping must be firm, and a higher cutting speed and a smaller feed rate should be selected, and the cutting fluid used must be supplied adequately. (3) The trimming valve clamping and debugging PCD turning tools should be especially careful to avoid bumping the cutting edge.
Through the above process improvement, the transmission box body cutting process has realized the transformation from machining center processing to ordinary equipment processing. The gearbox processed by the above method successfully passed Zoh's endurance test, approaching or reaching the level of similar foreign prototypes, greatly improving production efficiency and effectively reducing production cost on the basis of quality assurance.
