Japanese enterprise pioneers may mass produce OLED lighting panels in March

According to Japanese media reports, Pioneer will be mass-produced in March using a production base of Yonezawa City in Yamagata Prefecture to produce OLED lighting panels using a light-emitting layer coating type (by coating process to form a light-emitting layer). The 10cm long square panel conversion, with an initial monthly production of several thousand pieces, is planned to expand production to about 40,000 pieces in the second half of 2014 (October 2014-March 2015). According to reports, Pioneer is working with Mitsubishi Chemical to develop OLED lighting products, and the products to be mass-produced use luminescent materials developed by Mitsubishi Chemical.
According to the report, the above coating technology can reduce the production cost by up to 1/10 compared with the evaporation technology because it does not need to use the vacuum device required for the evaporation technology and can improve the efficiency of use of the luminescent material.
Mitsubishi Chemical and Pioneer announced on September 25 last year that the world's first luminescent layer coated OLED lighting module will be shipped from the beginning of the month. The OLED-coated OLED lighting module uses Mitsubishi Chemical's own coating materials and Mitsubishi Chemical/Pioneer's component/panel manufacturing technology, which is more expensive than current vacuum evaporation technology. It can be reduced by 1/5-1/10, and the life can be increased to 4 times (30,000 hours, brightness 2,000 cd/m2).
Pioneer has teamed up with Mitsubishi Chemical to set up an OLED lighting sales company, and plans to win 30 market share in the OLED lighting market in 2019, with a revenue challenge of 30 billion yen.
According to the Nikkei, compared with LED lighting, the light emitted by OLED lighting is closer to natural light, but even with the above coating technology, the unit price is still 2-3 times that of LED lighting.

Condenser

Baode GPHE condenser is tailored for vacuum condensation. The large vapor inlet connection is placed centrally on the top and the smaller condensate outlet on each side in the bottom. The two medium sized connections for cooling media are centrally placed in the middle, which gives it a symmetrical design.

There are several condensers to be considered when making a selection for installation. They are air-cooled, water-cooled, shell and tube, shell and coil, tube within a tube, and evaporative condensers.

Each type of condenser has its own unique application. Some determining factors include the size and the weight of the unit, weather conditions, location(city or rural),availability of electricity, and availability of water.

Evaporative condensers use water sprays and air flow to condense refrigerant vapors inside the tubes. The condensed refrigerant drains into a tank called a liquid receiver.Refrigerant subcooling can be accomplished by piping the liquid from the receiver back through the water sump where additional cooling reduces the liquid temperature even further.
