From the analysis of damaged components in lightning faults, the induced high voltage and surge currents that cause faults are mostly introduced from the control room power line, so it is necessary to recognize the importance of setting the control room instrument power line lightning protection facilities. Damage to the electromagnetic flowmeter is large, lightning protection measures should be strengthened, the grounding should be checked to be good, and the damage of the lightning to the instrument should be reduced.
For external electromagnetic interference, the electromagnetic sensor and its pipeline can be insulated and insulated. The cable is placed in the protection tube, and anti-interference measures are adopted to obtain good measurement results.
3. Zero instability
If the pipe is not filled with water or there are air bubbles in the water, and the sensor is not well grounded, it will cause zero instability. If there are air bubbles, add a getter upstream.
4. The output value is incorrect
Check the instrument constant, pipe diameter and set value are correct, adjust the converter zero point, check whether the water in the pipe is full, check whether the length of the straight pipe is not enough.
5. Electromagnetic flowmeter common fault
