The use of cement mortar spraying machine

Mortar spraying machine (also called mortar spraying pump) has advanced technology, reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, long service life and so on.

Then, the operating machine must pay attention to that the special high-pressure hose for the spray gun should not be used in any way. The hose joint should be made of a conductive material with a specified strength, and its maximum resistance should not exceed 1M.

Before operation, check that the motor, electrical equipment, and body are properly grounded (zeroed). Check that the suction hose, circuit hose connector, pressure gauge, high pressure hose, and spray gun are firmly attached. Should be idling, then use water or solvent for normal operation,

The minimum bending radius of the high pressure hose during spraying shall not be less than 250mm. When the work is stopped intermittently, the power should be cut off, the gun safety lock must be closed, the pressure must be removed, and the gun should be placed in the solvent tank.

When the nozzle is clogged, it should be depressurized, the safety lock closed and the nozzle removed for cleaning. When removing the clogging of the nozzle hole, use bamboo and other materials. Do not use wire or other hard objects as the pass pin. When cleaning the spray gun, do not spray paint (especially with a flash point below 21°C) back into the closed container.

When using a mortar sprayer, be sure to master the correct spraying method. The following points need to be noted:

1. If it is a hanging object that needs to be sprayed, it is recommended that the user should thoroughly clean it, and always keep the required spraying object at the ground potential.

2. Workers need to pay attention to the painting room, and the indoor floor should be kept in a conductive state.

3. Professional painters must be equipped with equipment during the operation. It is recommended to wear electrical shoes.

4. After spraying, clean up your own equipment.

5. Workers should pay attention to: During the operation, various conductive objects in the painting room must be grounded.
