The width of the paper machine is 3600mm, and the design speed is 300m/min. The maximum daily output of drying equipment is approximately 1,300 tons.
Vaahto's recent technical support for the Imatra Paper Mill includes the liquid packaging board line, BM1, BM4, BM5, as well as the coated board machine BM2.
The equipment in the order will be installed at Vahhto's workshop in Hollola and Tampere, Tampere, Finland. The paper is expected to open in November 2011. The order value is approximately 200-300 million euros.
