At the beginning of August, Shenyang Fanli Industrial Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of a production line for the production of environmentally-friendly green solid tires, and conducted production line test run tests in September. The test results show that the environmental protection green solid tires developed by the company all meet the standard and are higher than the same level of foreign imported products. On October 10, Fan Zhengyi, Chairman of Shenyang Fanli Industrial Co., Ltd., received a delegation from a Taiwanese company and the two parties reached a strategic partnership.

Fan Zhengyi, 45 years old, has been in the rubber industry for more than 20 years. His company has an annual production capacity of 1 million square meters of rubber conveyor belt and is one of the best rubber conveyor belt manufacturers in China. Fan Zhengyu learned that a company in the world's top 500 tire companies in China has a large number of rubber corners left out, he decided to turn waste into treasure. As a result, he organized the country's most outstanding research and development force in rubber technology, introduced the world's most advanced tire production technology, developed a "Taishan Brand" recyclable forklift truck with environmentally friendly green solid tires, and became a domestic initiative.

Forklifts are the most common handling equipment in industrial production. Fan Zhengkai introduced that, in general, the standard forklift trucks are pneumatic tires. However, when the forklift is carrying heavy weight, the deformation of the pneumatic tire is relatively large, and the pneumatic tire is not durable and is easy to puncture when there are many places such as broken stones, iron scrap, and waste residue on the ground. "Taishan Brand" solid tires can adapt to various kinds of poor geographical environment and production environment of domestic industrial enterprises more than many imported goods. The solid tire carcass is made of all-rubber, which maximizes the puncture resistance of the tire. At the same time, the solid tires have small load deformation and good running stability, which avoids frequent tire replacement and tire replacement, and can improve vehicle usage and work efficiency. In low-speed and high-efficiency operation vehicles, solid tires can completely replace pneumatic tires.

At present, more than 20 companies have reached preliminary cooperation with Fan Li Company. Shenyang Fanli plans to achieve production of 50,000 tires by the end of next year and reach 150,000 in 2016. “Now, the largest solid tire manufacturing company in China has an annual production capacity of about 200,000. Fan Li’s goal is to catch up with it.” Fan Zhengyi is confident.
