Endress Hauser Releases CUS71D Ultrasound Interface Sensor

Endress Hauser has introduced the Turbimax CUS71D ultrasonic immersion sensor in the interfacial measurement process to separate the precipitated suspension into liquid and solid components. It can monitor the clarification and stabilization phases of separation and transition zones.
The sensor uses an ultrasonic signal generated by a piezoelectric crystal, measures the time required for the signal to reach the solid particles in the separation zone, and then returns to the receiver. The sensor is used with the Endress Hauser Liquiline medium CM44x series transmitter to form a complete measurement system.

The speed of the sound varies depending on the physical properties of the measurement medium, and is affected by temperature and air pressure. The liquid and solid compositions can also vary. Endress Hauser's MCM44xmulti-parameter/multiple sensor transmitters can compensate and adjust these changing process conditions to ensure accurate measurements.

The meter may shield the area expected from the separation area, evaluate the received signal strength, select the evaluation of the beginning or end of the signal edge, and define the expected separation area above and below a zone as a "gate", ie, Signal evaluation occurs only in restricted areas. The gate can be accurately measured as required by the "drift" of the separation zone. The CM44x can amplify sensor signals at different rates, taking into account process conditions such as floating mud.

One sensor can be connected to the CM442, and up to 4 sensors can be connected to the CM444 or CM448. Multiple sensors may be needed to monitor more than one slot for monitoring more than one interface level in the same container, or for other applications.

The CM44x can contain up to 8 4-20mA current outputs, 8 relay outputs, and 2 analog inputs. The transmitter can be configured as an Ethernet-based web server, and this integrated web server option provides remote access through any web browser. The HART, PROFIBUS, ModbusTCP, and Modbus485 digital buses can also be used as an alternative analog output.

The meter has a backlit graphic display and pull-down menu monitor values, and displays the built-in data logger output. Data loggers can maintain 8 separate logbooks of data, each with 150,000 entries. There is an adjustable sweep time of 6 seconds per second, and a log trace up to 75 calibrated data loggers.

Two sensor models are available: standard sensors and sensors, wipers to avoid formation of bubbles in the sensor transducer's membrane. Each model can detect the interface level from the sensor at a distance of 1-32 feet with a maximum error of 1.3 inches (35 mm).

The sensor can be mounted in open basins, passages and tanks. It operates from a temperature of 34 to 122oF and can reach a pressure of 87 lbs. Stainless steel or PVC, mounting hardware.

Applications of the CUS71D/CM44x measurement system include:

Sewage treatment: Primary sedimentation tank, Sludge thickening tank and Secondary sedimentation tank After flocculant dosage Drinking water: Sedimentation tank, filter media expansion monitoring Optimize backwash operation, Monitor sludge height Chemical industry: Static separation process Endress Hauser The production facilities in Anaheim, California and Greeneen, Germany, are two ISO accredited agencies in their Conducta production facility. Completed by factory-calibrated sensors, with all calibration data residing in the sensors, makes unnecessary on-site calibrations, thus ensuring optimal performance.

Artificial Grass For Golf

Golf course turf is a synthetic type of turf, usually made of materials such as polypropylene or polyethylene. They are widely used on golf courses because they provide a flat, consistent surface that allows players to more easily control the direction and speed of the ball. In addition, artificial lawns have the advantage of durability and low maintenance costs because they do not require regular mowing and watering. On golf courses, artificial turf is often used in places such as fairways, greens and practice areas.

MCG Industry Group was founded in 2019.We are a professional supplier of artificial turf and a wholly owned holding company of Jiangsu MCG Industrial Development Company. Jiangsu MCG Industrial Development Company has one artificial grass production base to meet the greatest needs of customers. After years of brand accumulation, MCG Industry Group gathered a group of practical spirit, theory and practical experience of professional marketing team, providing site construction, maintenance and maintenance services and other series of solutions.
