First, the instrument installation
1. Place the instrument and hydrogen generator on a stable workbench and connect the workstation computer (with 9- pin serial connector) to the instrument. After installing the workstation software, place the online workstation and offline workstation icons on the desktop. .
2. Pour the potassium hydroxide into the water injection port above the hydrogen generator, add a certain amount of pure water (in accordance with the level filling shown on the hydrogen generator), and tighten the outlet nut on the back of the hydrogen generator for 10 minutes. After the hydrogen generator is turned on, the pressure is automatically increased to 0.3Mpa. Observe that the flow rate is zero (normally zero is displayed if the hydrogen generator does not leak, if the leakage flow shows a large value), turn off the power after normal, and take the nut. After disconnection, connect the gas line tube 2 attached to the instrument to the end (the hydrogen gas generator outlet is connected to one end, and the gas inlet is connected to the instrument at one end). The hydrogen generator is turned on after tightening, and the pressure gauge on the instrument is raised to 0.1Mpa with soapy water. Try to check whether there is gas discharge at the gas outlet on the instrument.

Second, the use of instruments
1. Before starting the machine, first turn on the hydrogen generator power switch, and wait for 2 minutes for the hydrogen pressure to see whether the pressure gauge of the gas chromatograph has risen to ( 0.08Mpa ). After the pressure stabilizes, turn on the power switch of the instrument.
2. Open the computer, double-click the N2000 online workstation, select channel 1 to maximize, click Data Acquisition → View Baseline (see the red voltage appears in the lower left corner) → Zero calibration ( red voltage back to zero or so ) → Bridge button → see the baseline After the change, zero point correction is performed, and after waiting for the baseline to stabilize, carry out injection analysis 3. When taking liquefied gas samples, attention should be paid to emptying the air in the sampling bag (to prevent the analysis of the air after entering the error), and then use the sample repeatedly replaced 3 times, immediately after the clamp is clamped with a spring clip4. At the time of injection, align the outlet of the sampling bag with the sample inlet on the instrument, remove the spring clip, and then adjust the sampling valve to the sampling position. Extrude the sample bag by hand for 5 seconds. The gas outlet can smell the liquefaction smell or See a bubble in the bottle, then turn the valve to the injection position, the computer automatically collects data, waiting for the sample to peak.
