1.Description of straw briquette machine
1.Briquettes are made by grinding Biomass and sawdust into a homogeneous pulp and forming this into a briquette under very high pressure.

2. The material diameter must be less than 6mm and moisture is about 10%.
3. The raw material piled density is 60-350 kg/m, while the briquettes piled density is 1100-1400kg/m.
4. We can easily draw a conclusion that the briquettes density has greatly improved, so the combustion value also improves 30%-40%.
5. After carbonization, the charcoal briquettes calorific value is 7000-8500 kilocalories.
6. The burning time is 200 min/kg and carbon content is 75%-85%.

1. Wood Briquette Machine  is the use of sawdust, crop straw (corn stalks, large soybean straw, sorghum, cotton stalk, rape straw, peanut vine, sunflower stalk), rice husk, grass, shrubs, branches, wood cut-off head, material head, sugar cane slag as raw materials.
2. After a wood grinder crushed and heated in the propeller, under high pressure the raw material will processed into a hollow rod.
3. The product has a high density, small size, flammability, and can replace firewood and coal.
