BMW and Citroen jointly develop the latest gasoline engine

German BMW Motors and the French Peugeot Citroen Group announced that they are jointly developing new gasoline engines. The development of this engine is an important step towards achieving the European Association of Automobile Manufacturers (ACEA) commitment to reduce CO2 emissions to an average of 140 g/km in 2008. With the use of the latest technologies such as increased power and injection methods, it is also possible to realize cost reduction as a necessary condition for small vehicles. The new steam engine engine oil uses valve variable technology to increase fuel efficiency by 20% under different conditions. Tested by the European Union, the fuel efficiency has increased by 9% and the compression ratio is 11.0:1. The weight based on the BMW standard is 114 kg. The two companies are currently developing naturally aspirated engines and direct injection turbine engines with variable valve mechanisms. The valve mechanism, oil pump and single drive belt are used in BMW inline 6-cylinder engine technology. The crankcase adopts a rudder core skeleton structure with a bearing cap and a piston skirt. The cooling pump is powered by electric type, which is the first time that a magnesium alloy engine equipped with a "630i" model has adopted a cooling pump. The naturally aspirated engine has a displacement of 1.6 liters and a maximum output of 85 kilowatts. In addition to adopting the same mechanism as the continuously variable valve mechanism "Valve Tronic", it also employs oil pumps with controllable supply, electric cooling pumps, and friction reducing technology. The gasoline direct injection turbine engine also has a displacement of 1.6 liters. The maximum output power when equipped with an intercooler is 105 kilowatts. In the original DOHC engine that was not equipped with Valve Tronic, the engine developed this time was the first to use a twin-turbine feeder. In terms of gasoline direct injection, high-power, high fuel efficiency, and low heat generation have been achieved through the use of common rail technology. Peugeot plans to produce a new engine at the Dufland factory in France. It plans to produce about one million units each year. Plastic Electrical Mold

1. Plastic Mold is the abbreviation of a combined mold used for compression molding, extrusion molding, injection molding, blow molding and low foaming molding.

2. A series of plastic parts with different shapes and sizes can be processed by the coordinated changes of the convex and concave dies and the auxiliary molding system.

3. Plastic mold is the mother of industry, and now the release of new products will involve plastic.
