1. The entrance of the explosion-proof camera must be sealed with rubber seals. It is forbidden to use other methods such as filling sealant and asbestos rope; it is forbidden to fill any substance in the cavity. Explosion-proof performance is forbidden; For the convenience of connection, the sealing ring at the inlet and its matching pressing nut are forbidden to be discarded; multiple single-stranded wires are forbidden to merge and enter the inlet port through the single-hole elastic sealing ring. The oil on the rubber seal should be scrubbed to avoid aging deterioration.

Second, it is prohibited to accidentally modify the explosion-proof camera structure, components and equipment of the internal circuit. The fastening bolts shall not be interchanged or missing, and the elastic gaskets and metal gaskets of the extra inlet and outlet ports must be kept sealed at the factory, and the compression nut should be tightened to seal the inlet.

3. It is forbidden to carry live electrical equipment and lines in explosion hazardous locations, and to prohibit transmission of electricity or power outages. And a warning sign “Someone working, no closing” should be hung on the offsite. During inspection and maintenance, if the explosion-proof camera is disassembled into a safe area, the equipment power cable end of the site shall be properly handled and shall not be powered on.

Fourth, daily operation and maintenance inspections, should try to avoid opening the explosion-proof camera housing, must first open the power should be cut off. If the explosion-proof enclosure is opened, the explosion-proof surface shall be properly protected and shall not be damaged. During the inspection, the explosion-proof surface shall be placed upwards, and shall not directly touch the ground. After the scene is cleaned, it shall be coated with a phosphatizing paste or 204 anti-rust oil.

5. All explosion-proof cameras should establish equipment files, install, test, operate, and repair equipment, and decompress and decompose the equipment until it is decommissioned. Various technical data of different periods should be collected, archived, and numbered one by one on the equipment.
