Recently, Roland Hoogeveen, technical support engineer of Dutch dry goods specialist Spliethoff, pointed out that "Alfa Laval PureSOx U design scrubber has very high operational reliability."

It is reported that the company's 12 ships installed Alfa Laval's PureSOx scrubber in 2014, and there is no problem in compliance.

As early as 2012, Spliethoff refitted Alfa Laval's PureSOx scrubber on its "M/S Plyca" vessel, creating the largest ship scrubber installation record.

Today, Spliethoff has installed PureSOx scrubbers on two types of ships, six of which are container ro-ro ships, including the M/S Plyca, and the other 14 are S-type general cargo ships.
