闭路流程计算特点和步骤

流程考查的数质量流程计算具有下列特点：

1.如果条件允许，流程考查时应尽可能将最终精矿计量，计算实际回收率，但中间产品难全部计量。因而数质量流程和矿浆流程主要是按理论平衡进行计算。

2.流程考查时原矿是干矿，计量比较准确，产品是矿浆，量大，很难做到准确计量，因而一般将原矿的重量和品位、水分等取作原始指标，而不应反推。

3.选厂生产持续的时间长，指标波动性较大，不能仅仅依靠利用短时间取得的少量试样得到的数据作为计算结果，而必须在生产稳定后进行较长时间(一般的5～6小时)的连续取样，将所得到处数据进行统计，算出其平均值，将其作为计算结果。最好指出数据的波动范围或者误差界限。

流程计算的程序：

流程计算是一项非常细致的工作，首先要取得专长要而又充分的原始指标，并检查这些指标是否符合正常情况，若有反常现象，须重新化验进行校核。

在进行具体计算时，必然要对个别指标或几个指标进行调整，此时首先检查校核指标是否可用，如不能用，则要调整中间作业的尾矿指标，待调整完以后，即可进行系统的计算。

对全流程而言，在进行系统的计算时，应由外向里算，即由上下两头(由原矿和精尾矿)向里算，待两头产物的示知数算完后，然后才可计算流程内部的各个作业;对作业而言(或循环而言)，应一个作业一个作业地进行计算;对产品而言主，先算出精矿的指标，然后用相减的办法算出作业的尾矿指标;对指标而言，先算出产率，依次算出回收率和品位。最后要全部校核平衡，先校核产率然后校核回收率。
